New Client Virtual Medical Evaluation (Required)

At Bodysavy, your safety and wellness come first. To ensure every treatment is safe, effective, and tailored to you, all new clients must complete a virtual evaluation prior to their first service.

What to Expect:

• A brief video call with our medical director to review your medical history.

• A simple and convenient process completed from your phone or laptop.

• The consultation fee will be applied to your first service. Please note: your remaining balance at time of service will reflect a $30 increase.

How It Works:

• After booking, you will receive an email or SMS from Qualiphy Clinic with a link to your virtual call.

When to Complete Your Call:

• Your evaluation can be completed anytime between 9 AM and 10 PM before your appointment.

 

Optional Virtual Consultation (Service Guidance Only)

We offer a separate, optional virtual consultation for clients who are unsure which service to book.

• This consultation is not required.

• It is strictly for clients who need help deciding which service best aligns with their goals.

• This consultation does not replace the required virtual MD evaluation.

• The cost of this optional consultation does not go toward your service.

 

Appointment Arrival

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

• A 15-minute grace period is provided.

• After 25 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment.

• After the 24-hour window, rescheduling is unavailable, and a new appointment must be booked.

• We can accommodate two rescheduling requests per appointment. After that, the deposit will be forfeited.

No Call / No Show

A $50 fee will be charged for any no-call, no-show appointments. Please notify us ahead of time if you need to cancel or adjust your booking.

Payments & Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of rescheduling or cancellation.

• Payments for services are non-refundable.

• All credit or debit card payments will include a 2.6% + $0.10 processing fee.

• We also accept Zelle or cash for the remaining balance if you prefer to avoid processing fees.

Guests & Children

For the safety, comfort, and privacy of all clients, no extra guests or children are permitted in the treatment area.

Hydration & Health

To support the best possible results:

• Please drink plenty of water before and after your appointment.

• Avoid smoking or drinking alcohol 24 hours before and after your treatment.
