Booking Policy Welcome to our practice! To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all clients, please review our booking policy below: Virtual Screening Consultation All new clients are required to complete a virtual screening consultation with our MD via Qualiphy before scheduling your in-person appointment. A link to complete this consultation will be sent to you via email. Please ensure this step is completed prior to your appointment. Appointment Arrival Please arrive on time for your appointment. We offer a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time. After 20 minutes of delay, your appointment will be cancelled. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time. After 24 hours, rescheduling will no longer be available, and you will need to book a new appointment. No Call/No Show A $50 fee will be charged for no-call, no-show appointments. Please notify us if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits All deposits made to secure your appointment are non-refundable, regardless of rescheduling or cancellation. Guests and Children For the safety and comfort of all clients, no extra guests or children are allowed in the appointment area. Hydration & Health Please drink plenty of water before and after your appointment to help optimize results. To ensure the best outcome, please avoid smoking or drinking alcohol for 24 hours before and after your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
