1. New Client Virtual Medical Evaluation
   At Bodysavy, your safety and wellness are our top priorities. To ensure the best possible experience, all new clients are required to complete a virtual MD eval before their first treatment.
   What to Expect:
       •    A brief virtual consultation with our medical doctor to review your medical history.
       •    A seamless, convenient process that ensures your treatment is both safe and effective.
       •    The consultation fee will be applied to your first service. Your remaining balance at time of service will reflect a $30 increase.
   How It Works:
       •    After booking your service, you will receive an email or SMS from Qualiphy Clinic with a link to your virtual call.
   When to Complete Your Call:
   You can complete your virtual consultation ANYTIME before your appointment between 9 AM and 10 PM.

2. Appointment Arrival

   • Please arrive on time for your appointment. We offer a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time.

   • After 20 minutes of delay, your appointment will be cancelled.

3. Rescheduling

   • You may reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time.

   • After 24 hours, rescheduling will no longer be available, and you will need to book a new appointment.

   • We can only accommodate two rescheduling requests before the deposit is forfeited.

4. No Call/No Show

   • A $50 fee will be charged for no-call, no-show appointments. Please notify us if you need to cancel or reschedule.

5. Payments & Deposits

   • All deposits made to secure your appointment are non-refundable, regardless of rescheduling or cancellation.

   • Payments for services are non-refundable.

6. Guests and Children

   • For the safety and comfort of all clients, no extra guests or children are allowed in the appointment area.

7. Hydration & Health

   • Please drink plenty of water before and after your appointment to help optimize results.

   • To ensure the best outcome, please avoid smoking or drinking alcohol for 24 hours before and after your appointment.
